At just 18 months old, Cooper is a big-hearted Mastiff cross looking for a forever home of his own. After being found as a stray, Cooper has spent the last few weeks in emergency foster, where he’s been carefully assessed – and he’s proven himself to be an absolute sweetheart. He’s currently on a weight gain diet as he was underweight when he came; he has a bit more to put on to be at a nice, healthy weight.

Cooper has a lovely, gentle temperament and is incredibly dog-friendly. He enjoys the company of other dogs and would thrive in a home where he can continue building his confidence and enjoying life as part of the family. Despite his size, he’s affectionate, loving, and enjoys being around people.

As with many large breeds, Cooper doesn’t quite realise how big he is, so we are looking for a home without small children who could accidentally be knocked over during play or excitement. He will also need a home without small furries.

Cooper is now ready to leave his past behind and start his next chapter with a family who can offer him love, guidance, and a comfy place to call home. In return, you’ll gain a loyal best friend with so much love to give.
